Have your pizza & eat it too!


Pizza can be healthy too. Here is how it goes: get a whole wheat pita bread. Pour on it a few drops of olive oil. It’s optional to add some tomato paste or ketchup. Add tomatoes, onions, zucchini, olive & mushrooms (or your vegetables of choice). Then add thyme and a few herbs of your choosing. Grind some mozzarella or feta cheese on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or so. Eat gilt free! Happy eating!
